Levity in a sea of flight
 Today totally rawks.

I woke up this morning and made cosmic dinosaur eggs for everyone (chia, quantum lecithin, quantum nutritional flakes, sun fire salt, kim chi, cayenne, and efa oil over diced avocado), and it was the love implosion of the Goddess.

We are in the Holy Flow, check it out:

Isaac and Nic in the Holy Flow

That's Nic (Nicholas Hartman), and me - he and I and Philip (Mckluskey) went to check out a new spring today near Asheville.  It is way more than I had imagined.  The water is amazing, and it's at the end of this gravel road in the middle of a forest - talk about the best water ever!  Nature is constantly nurturing us when we allow her to, directing us to her bounty.

So we filled our 5 gallon glass jugs with liquid life, and adventured into the woods. We harvested some wild chaga, discussed ormus and shapeshifting patterns, and let the trees drip rain on us we sat on some mossy rocks in a grove of old growth trees.

Courtney made some amazing pristine quality chocolate ice cream to thrive for, a true mother Goddess!

Today is my best day ever, by far, so far!

Nice!

I didn't realize that you are in NC now. Asheville is a town that remains on my list of places that I need to visit. I hear nothing but good things about that whole part of the state.

Yeah, we moved here about three months ago, it's awesome! This whole area is so green and mountainous, just gorgeous. Let me know if you ever come down this way and we'll go hike some trails!

You should try the series of springs up on the Buck Springs Trail just south of Asheville on the BRP. Not only is the scenery amazing, but that water has enough minerals to make your own stalactites. I used to harvest it when I worked up on the Parkway at the Pisgah Inn. And if you are up that way, stop by and harvest the biggest, tastiest wild blueberries ever up at Graveyard Fields! They are awesome, and make the best pies. They're not bad on cereal either. The swimming up there is pretty great too. I used to love sliding off the rocks of the lower falls into the swimming hole at the bottom. Good times!
